Another moment of ego inflation..

The lady that wrote this on the feedback column was one of those that is not very familiar with using the internet. I managed to get her to take up our services - I do hope that it works out for her. It brings me joy to see that people are willing to venture the alternatives, but sometimes I do have doubts to whether to persuade those in this category any further.
