I felt myself getting weak and couldn't be any more right about it. Went for a little workout after work just to monitor my fitness. The results? I'm dead beat. My arms were aching the moment I did the pull ups, my thighs were sore by the time I got to the leg raise, and I was very reluctant to start running.
Haven't exactly been working out lately. In fact the last time I actually did some running was last December. About time I get down to a more regular regime, ICT (better known as reservist) is coming this May and so is IPPT (Individual Physical Proficiency Test) - That's $400 for gold! No way am I forgoing the incentive. I mean, if I'm going to work out, might as well get paid doing it right?
